Waiting For Franklin
Waiting for Franklin
A Point and Click Adventure into the Cold Void
Trapped in the Arctic ice. Abandoned by time. Forgotten by history.
Waiting for Franklin is a surreal, atmospheric point-and-click adventure inspired by the doomed Franklin Expedition, with a homage to Waiting for Godot by Samuel Beckett.
You play as Armitage, stranded aboard a frozen ship in an endless white wasteland. The days blur together as they wait for orders that will never come, for a captain who is long dead, and for a rescue that will nevar arrive.
Each interaction is steeped in bleak humor, quiet horror, and creeping inevitability. Perform mundane, meaningless tasks. Watch as the ice tightens its grip. Speak to the dead.
Perhaps today will be different.
Perhaps not.
